I've used online phone companies before but this is by FAR the best! I was very nervous that it might be a scam but I phoned in to query the safety of buying a CPO phone, and the lady was so understanding, patient and informative. The phone arrived in less than 24 hours after I ordered it and I was informed about every step of the process since the purchase - extremely professional. My worst experience with other companies has been when the CPO phone has some damage and it takes weeks or months to sort out or they simply refuse to help. With this phone, there was a tiny problem with the speaker and I was dreading having to go through that process again. But I was responded to on the same day, the phone was collected the next, and then fixed and returned almost immediately. Incredible, fast service. Conor was a massive help and made this whole process such a blessing. Won't be using anything but Flip Phone from now on!
