What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFT, all major credit cards (international cards work fine too, but your delivery address must be in South Africa), Bitcoin, Mobicred and Zapper.

How much is a phone? Do you stock a particular phone?

All our phones are listed on our All Phones page. Unfortunately if the phone is not there, we do not have it in stock. You can see and check the prices for all phones there too.

Is your site secure?

Yes, we use highly secure bank level encryption on all data in transit (HTTPS, TLS) and your credit card information is securely processed by our 3rd party, PCI compliant, credit card processor.

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Delivery on all phones is completely free! We use the best couriers to ensure you'll get your phone within 2 business days if situated in a major area (otherwise, it might be up to 4 business days).

Do you offer contracts?

Unfortunately at this moment we do not offer contracts. You can sign up and apply for Mobicred, which you can use to buy a phone by paying monthly installments.

Do you ship outside South Africa?

Unfortunately due to insurance and logistics difficulties we only ship within South Africa.
